MOVEMENT EXPLORATION & EXHIBITION VISIT

Elevate your personal movement vocabulary and deepen the connection with your body through the art of movement exploration!

Draw inspiration by Robert Motherwell's  'Pure Painting' and unlock the  unrestricted freedom of your bodys movement.

Starting with warm-up exercises, seamlessly weaving into the movement exploration and a choreography inspired by the essence of Robert Motherwell's work, a gradual cool-down phase provides a gentle and calming end for this class.
